TVB的一部电视电影是《特警90》系列 的 第二部第三部是《特警90 III 之明日天涯》第一部是《特警90》都是杜琪峰的御用无线女艺员梁艺龄（98年以前艺名为梁佩玲）主演女警、日韩殺手異地結情緣；重遇卻讓他們陷入深淵！日韩！女警杜伊玲（梁藝齡)往日本查案期間，認識當地的黑幫殺手元滕博(鄭浩南)，玲不知博之身份，二人也給對方留下深刻印象。後來，博受首領向山鐵也(方剛)任命往香港追殺叛徒倉田(高雄)。博、玲重聚，感情跨進一大步，但博為了殺田，時常行蹤飄忽，令玲無所適從。博與田展開連場追殺，勢均力敵，二人惺惺相惜。當博知道田因厭倦多年來的仇殺生涯，欲退出江湖，才脫離黑幫，基於同情之心放走田。幫辦洛珊(麥翠嫻)奉命調查博、田在港之活動，玲得知博的身份，傷心不己，欲勸他自首；時也亦派人追殺博、田，博兩面受敵，徘徊在生死邊緣……

It is more memorable than Julien Duvivier's earlier silent version of 1925, also named Poil de Carotte.The part of Poil de Carotte was played by 11 year old Robert Lynen, who was alleged to have been discovered whilst walking down the Champs-Elysées in Paris. Lynen is totally captivating and the film made him an instant star, launching what looked like becoming a very promising film career – until he was shot dead whilst fighting against the Germans in 1944. Harry Baur, a legendary stage and film actor (who also died during World War II, allegedly at the hands of the Gestapo), also turns in a typically fine performance. The reconciliation between father and son at the end of the film provides its most enduring image, enough to melt the heart of all but the most stoical of spectators.
