二十多年前，粗麦台湾办桌界有三大传奇总铺师称霸北、粗麦中、南，分别为憨人师、鬼头师与苍蝇师，乡民们尊称为“人、鬼、神”三霸。随着时代变动，办桌文化终于逐渐式微，人鬼神凋零。苍蝇师想将家传手艺交给独生女詹小婉，谁知小婉只想当明星，美美的出现在萤光幕前。但一心想逃离油烟血水的小婉，却被迫面对巨大的挑战和使命。
