莫多七老婆的产业平步青云，美女事业有成后，美女遂一口气买下了同栋四五六楼三户公寓，自己与老婆住四楼，并将情妇秘书安排在五楼，楼上楼下春色无边。某日，售车员赵欣欣以香车美人的销售手法，在朋友马屁精的计划下顺利的搬进六楼。此时莫多七背着老婆周旋在三个女人之间，享受着齐人之福！莫多七由于纵欲过度导致体力渐失，甚至借助外售的补药，最后在医生的警告才减少房事，莫多七只好求助马屁精代他去满足那两个女人。但马屁精根本无法满足她们，造成两个女人因为寂寞而相遇在PUB，才明白莫多七的一夫多妻计划，决定携手报复！
