王凯旋（王雷 饰）和妻子田丽丽（车晓 饰）是一对结婚多年的小夫妻，国产彼此之间感情十分要好。王凯旋家的老宅被划入了学区房，国产田丽丽的母亲希望亲家公老王能够将房子过户给女儿女婿，如此一来两人的孩子便能够上一个优质的好学校。然而让众人没有想到的是，老王非但没有替儿子一家人着想，还企图卖掉房子和保姆裴桂芝（孟秀 饰）双宿双飞，三家人因为此时闹得不可开交。不仅如此，王凯旋的初恋情人ECHO（李晓峰 饰）出现在了他的面前，展现出了难忘旧情的态度。而田丽丽的合作方赵枫林（焦刚 饰）似乎对果敢坚强的田丽丽产生了兴趣。夫妻恋人两人的感情渐渐出现了不易察觉的裂痕。
