台湾有许多在地盛传的乡野灵异奇谈，波拉讨论度第一名的毋庸置疑是嘉义“民雄鬼屋”。民雄鬼屋是台湾四大鬼屋之首，波拉以此地点发展出的电影《民雄鬼屋》即将搬上大银幕！清明时节，单亲妈妈何圣心（杨谨华 饰）和女儿小琪及母亲到嘉义民雄公墓扫墓。小琪（麦语彤饰）在扫墓时，误触生人勿近的邪阵而失踪。焦急的圣心和阿嬷（沛小岚 饰），返回那栋连员警都耳语曾经闹鬼的何宅，试图寻找小琪的下落，结果竟发现阿嬷长年不让靠近而钉封的三楼已被破开。圣心身在那似曾相识的房间里，开始遭受邪灵的纠缠。打算去找好友小琪的阿智学长（刘韦辰 饰），在何宅中遇见圣心，两人急切想找到小琪，却意外闯入跟何宅一模一样，却左右颠倒的异度空间。一连串不可思议的幢幢鬼影，将两人引至庭院的那口古井，准备向他们揭开那埋藏多年的恐怖秘密……
