回复 :节目的规则其实蛮有意思的,“洗牌岛”重点就在“洗牌”两个字,男生女生一开始会分别在两个岛,男生在blue岛,女生在pink岛。后期会通过发布的规则进行人员的交换[OK]节目一共是八天七夜。第一天到第二天均会由岛上的男女生分别挑选对面岛上的一名异性,然后两个被选出来的人就会交换到对面的岛上去~第一天白天交换一次,晚上交换一次,第二天晚上交换一次,一共洗牌三次。
