《2023中秋奇妙游》以“月”为引，午夜回归本真，午夜旨在开启一场不一样的心灵之旅。节目以“真实、共情、希望”三个出发点，聚焦各类人群的生活画像和生活故事，展现河南、福建等地的风土人情，呈现“真实的力量”。通过对月亮的文艺化表达，寻找传统文化在当下的映射，投射出不同情绪，带出人生百味，延续中国人千百年的文化基因。
