真历17年，亚洲级第三银河帝国正式创立。地球上占七成人口实现外星移民，亚洲级而人类社会也分裂成幼军政府成立的多尔西亚军邦和扩大贸易协定的环大西洋条约组织ARUS。两大势力此消彼长，纷争不断。在此期间，崇尚和平的中立国家迪奥尔独善其身，却不免被卷入战火的命运。在平静的一天，迪奥尔星遭 到多尔西亚突袭。性情温和的少年时缟晴人（逢坂良太 配音）目睹心仪的女孩指南翔子（濑户麻沙美 配音）被炮火埋葬，悲愤之际登上了意外从校舍下方突出地面的神秘机器人Valvrave，并以雷霆万钧之势击败对手。在此之后，晴人被世人奉为偶像和英雄，但他的身体也发生奇怪突变，一度和多尔西亚的一人旅团少年艾尔艾尔弗（木村良平 配音）交换身体。战火并未就此停止，多尔西亚的攻势仍在继续，而Valvrave的秘密还未完全揭开……

She questions whether the Mughals were trying to impose their own religion of Islam or indeed whether they were open to the religion and art of the country they were trying to conquer; and she discovers some of the 33,000 sacred temples hewn from rock, sandstone and marble in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
