香港闹市街头，亚欧青年秋炳（黄宗泽 饰）和好友大啤（森美 饰）共同经营一辆流动雪糕车，亚欧二人耍酷卖帅，无奈生活无比现实，爱神迟迟不曾眷顾生意清淡毫无前途的草根阶级，他们只能望着美女兀自哀叹。楼下小卖铺的女孩菁菁（赵柯 饰）暗恋秋炳，三番五次大献殷勤，只不过对方呆头呆脑，全然不知。某个瓢泼大雨之夜，秋炳来自广州的干妹朱蒂（邓丽欣 饰）前来投奔，谁知却被干哥当作推销人员拍在门外。机灵精怪的朱蒂利用大啤混入房间，从此展开了一女二男的同栖生活。在此过程中，充满了阴差阳错、奇妙有趣的青春故事和爱情小品渐次上演……
