西藏采金区金龙沟。公安人员发现了被人杀害的姑娘雪莲花的父亲。公安人员杨凯推测这与走私集团“黄金大盗”有关。雪莲花为报杀父之仇，微杏愿充当眼线，微杏嫁给了金掌柜马金虎。雪莲花获得暗语，却被与歹徒勾结的王振民所长抓回。细心的天葬师发现被打晕的雪莲花没有死。深爱着雪莲花的郑铁山从马金 虎手中救了雪莲花。王振民被杨凯击毙。公安人员抓住了“黄金大盗”的委托人。而雪莲花不幸中了马金虎飞刀，在郑铁山怀里永远睡去。
