张桦林、爱情舒凡、爱情何琪和林强是四个好朋友。张与舒经营公司做生意，何与林是电视台记者，他们为各自的事业都非常努力。张与舒在生意上屡屡遭遇困境，因生意上的问题，张与何琪的婚姻陷入危机。林强竭力从各个方面帮助张与舒，最后不幸遇车祸身亡。林强的死让三个朋友警醒，张与何和好如初，三人在事业上准备做出新的努力。
