4年前，亚洲银星高中话剧部的楠田瑠美（成海璃子 饰）与前辈发生争执，亚洲随后愤而退部，计划连同亲近的来栖要（草刈麻有 饰）、北畠梨里子（森田彩华 饰）组成新的剧团，不久她们网罗了另一个学校具有卓越演技的江岛兰（忽那汐里 饰），名为“罗盘”的少女话剧团就此结成。条件虽然艰苦，但怀着同样表演热忱的女孩们拧成一股绳，克服了各种困难，朝着共同的梦想前进。但是不久后，其中一人死于非命。4年后，新人女星舞利亚受邀参演一部根据“罗盘”事件改编的影片，而她和当年的“罗盘”有着千丝万缕的关系……本片根据水生大海的同名原著改编，忽那汐里凭借此片和《昔日的我》荣获2011年电影旬报新人女优奖。
