回复 :李时珍（林文龙 饰）自由沉迷于草药研究之中，他同名为吴慕榕（李诗韵 饰）的女子先前已有婚约，却无法自持的爱上了善良美丽的阿冬（叶璇 饰）。李时珍决定将这份感情埋藏在心底，待科举考试之后向阿冬表白心意，哪知道在阴差阳错之中，他不仅没能够表白，还娶了吴慕榕为妻。李时珍发现当今世上的医书错误连连漏洞百出，于是起了编撰《本草纲目》的念头。然而，他却因为个性过于耿直而得罪了权贵，使得他不得不暂时中断了医书的编撰，还性命不保踏上了逃亡的旅途。所幸有太医院的庞宪（马国明 饰）一路帮助扶持，李时珍终于完成了旷世奇作《本草纲目》。
