《破神录》故事背景设定在辛亥革命军阀混战的民国时期，亚汌“神佛现世”妖言惑众的背后，亚汌一股邪恶势力企图用迷幻的手段扰乱四方，然而“乱世出英雄”，市井小人物中也不乏探寻真相、惩恶扬善的真豪杰，他们将联手揭穿骗局，还真相大白于天下。

回复 :该片讲述了北魏时期柔然军入侵边境，国家召集军户出征，花木兰为替年迈的父亲尽军户职责，便女扮男装入伍来到边关要塞常平仓。在军中花木兰结实了几位好友，原本只为替父尽责的花木兰不愿伤人性命，不料受命前去解救皇子时好友袁洪被抓，袁洪死在花木兰面前，花木兰明白了乱世之中置身事外便无法保护所爱之人。从此花木兰在战场上奋勇杀敌、屡建战功，敌军节节败退。花木兰替好友报仇后带兵凯旋而归，正在众人欢庆之时，敌军趁机对城内投入数量足有百万的老鼠，军士受到重创。小人萧清泉前去打探敌情时又将敌军“死士”带入城中，军队百姓伤亡惨重。敌军兵临城下，为保国家昌盛百姓安危，花木兰几人以生命代价死守常平仓。

回复 :父母双亡的忠良（张国荣）投靠嫁入庞家的姐姐秀仪（何赛飞）时，处处受到姐夫的挤兑和侮辱，一怒之下用鸦片毒废了姐夫，逃到上海后，阴差阳错投入黑帮头目大大门下，成为利用色相勾引富家太太上钩再勒索其钱财的“拆白党”。庞府老爷死后，大小姐如意（巩俐）被立为主事，为骗庞家财产，大大命忠良回到庞府引诱如意，岂料两人日久生出真情，不忍再欺骗如意的忠良独身返回上海，而如意也被大大接到上海，眼见了忠良所从事的“拆白党”勾当，心生死灰。
