女主人公叶雨陷入了梦与现实的转换之中，精品不能自拔。秘密人杨宁每个礼拜都到心里诊所找田仁，精品诉说同一件事情。在杨宁的反激下，田仁拽着同事孟伟来到了杨宁所说的千年古镇上的墓园寻找杨宁所说的真相。在古镇发生了一系列看似诡异的事件......叶雨想拼命阻止事件的发展，在梦与现实所重叠的五度空间与现实的层层转换中，明白了这一切都是善恶因果、各有所报，只有心中有爱的人，他眼中的世界才是美丽的。
