苹果村书记杨国富为带领村民致富，新辰决定发展有机生态苹果示范园，新辰却遭到村长孟长山等人反对。老杨坚持己见，带领部分村民到处考察学习，寻找投资公司，最终建起了有机生态苹果示范园，并开发了苹果村旅游项目……
