回复 :某天，小新（矢島晶子 配音）闲逛的时候捡到一个动感超人的面具，戴上面具后，小新发现自己竟然能和动感超人通话。他被任命为代表正义的动感间谍，专门与邪恶势力作战，并且见到了他的搭档——7岁女孩苏诺萌·柠檬（愛河里花子 配音）。在柠檬的带领下，小新开始作为动感间谍的艰苦训练。在这一过程中，面向凶恶的怪大叔不断偷袭小新，而在这一系列事件背后，似乎又隐藏着两个神秘的国家——无声屁共和国与不放屁王国。看似善良的柠檬也变得正邪难辨。不久，小新更和柠檬闯入了困难重重的不放屁王国……本片根据臼井義人的同名原著改编，是《蜡笔小新》系列第19部剧场版。
